Bon après-midi! Hope everyone has been having a swell start to their week!
To brighten up this Monday, I chose one of my favorite pairs of velvet corduroy pants in bright red.
I always found red to be a regal, elegant color so I chose to complement the pants with a cream, lace blouse and black, lace heels.
I added a simple bullet-looking gold necklace and a chunky, layered, red snake print chain watch.
I was fiending over this bag for quite some time now. Unlike the boxy shape of my tote bags, this one had a beautiful, longer structure to it with an interesting gold dog head on the front. The long strap also made it a great crossbody bag!
The red corduroy pants reminded me of a character from a children's book I read when I was younger.
Just goes to show that our creative juices can flow from anywhere, ey?
